No later than 2100 local, Tuesday evening, Duval (recommended for entire district)
shall enter Level 111, monitoring of Hurricane Michael. As of 12001ocal Wednesday, the
Crown District will enter level 11, partial activation. Local VHF nets(1 46.70/1 27.3) and
NEFL HF(3950) nets should become active and further defined by the individual
county EC’s as may be necessary for frequencies, times and response. Expect heavy
winds and rain with localized flooding.
