Duval County ARES is hosting a Winter Field Day in 2020.  Lake Fretwell Park, 13725 Lake Fretwell Street, Jacksonville, Cecil Commerce Center.  Saturday only, January 25th. Starts 7:00am and closes at sunset. The event will emphisize field operations, NVIS HF antennas, back-up power and the ARES training plan.
